Mark Senft

Introduction

Mark Senft was born in York, Pennsylvania (USA), in 1976 and has received a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Following completion of his studies, Mr. Senft joined Capital Corp Merchant Banking a Boutique Merchant Banking Group located in Orlando, FL (USA), as a Junior Financial Analyst assisting the Project Coordinator in any and all daily activities.

Currently, Mr. Senft works as Project Advisor for Capital Corp Merchant Banking, whereby his duties include the following in addition to assisting and advising the President, Mr. Gilles Herard Jr, and Project Director, Mr. Ronald Bellas, in all aspects of Capital Corp Merchant Banking:

• Conduct professional Due Diligences on a wide variety projects (Transactions ranging from US $5.0 M to US $250.0 M);
• Analyze funding applications and execute any and all credit and risk analyses;
• Develop new business through online resources and brokers; and
• Assist and educate new applicants on the policies and procedures of Capital Corp Merchant Banking.

Due Diligence Experience

During his career with Capital Corp Merchant Banking Mr. Senft has had the opportunity to conduct Due Diligences on various types of projects, from real estate to feature films to manufacturing to biopharmaceuticals throughout a multitude of countries across the world, including: Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Belize, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, England, Egypt, Fiji, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, UAE, Ukraine, United States.
